A cathartic murder ballad that tells of burning down an old house to move on from trauma. Guitar, while simple, is varied with some mandolin licks, acoustic strumming, and alt-rock guitars abound. Bass is a slow burn, beginning with swing-beat sustains, leaning into HOPOs as the song progresses, and ending with a dramatic, chordy solo. Drums keep the swing beat in check with numerous ghost snares and bright, colorful fills at each transition of the song.
