A modern alt-rock song with a bluesy twist, this song heavily relies on a rapid swing shuffle rhythm. Guitar has three main sections: a flurry of ascending HOPO triplets, an alt-strumming note-to-chord rhythm in the verses, and incredibly fast tremolo picking in the choruses and solos. The bass mostly follows the shuffle feel with some awkward grace notes and double stops thrown in for good measure. Drum is a challenging track with numerous drum solos, a constantly alternating hand rhythm, and unforgiving shuffle kicks throughout a majority of the song.
