A soulful indie ballad; the music video version is used here instead of the album version. Guitar is mostly strummed chords until the lengthy solo kicks in over halfway through. Bass is decorated with thumping HOPOs before landing on a sustain to accompany the guitar's strumming. Drums maintain a steady rhythm that increases intensity as the song goes on, making frequent use of the ride cymbal and small fills during the guitar solo.
