An upbeat song with chastising lyrics, performed in 12/8 time signature. Guitar alternates between a repetitive sequence of HOPOs, and eccentric chord sustains punctuated with open notes. Bass makes use of a green-note pedal point in its verses, releasing into a bouncy and expressive chorus and bridge. Drums feature a steady kick pattern and 16th-note hi-hats that will surprise the player with occasional off-beat snare and crash hits.
